POWAY, CALIFORNIA — Claire and Sabrina go face to face on a 1v1 golf match, at Maderas Golf Club in San Diego County.
I really enjoyed watching this video because I feel it is one of the last Claire videos where she showed a desire to play good golf, as she wanted to win. Gone are the days when Claire really came out to give her best (the Golfholics days, if anyone can remember) and really wanted to shine on the golf course as a ‘good golfer’. So, it is nice to watch her put in some effort again.
Sabrina had a disadvantage in that in Florida, they play flat courses all around. A low-handicapper in Florida is typically a mid-handicapper in California – just a fact. But she gave Claire a good fight.
But in this fight, Claire was the one who absolutely wanted to win and I don’t think Sabrina had the same concern for winning. You can see the intensity in Claire throughout the video, and if you have watched recent videos of Claire before this video, you know that intensity is not there any longer on normal golf play.
All in all, a great video and it was fun to see Claire win this one. I am sure she will have this same intensity when they play together again, in the future! Right? 😉
